You just need to add ice packs (Moms precious ice pack, Safety Plus Ice pack, Techni Ice, etc) to keep the breast milk cool for long period of time.

You need to pull out the hard board and place it under the insulated layer to support the weight of the expressed milk and ice packs. You can also flattern the back pack by just putting the hard board at the back of the insulated layer.

Therefore, it saves a lot of your time to place the cooler bag/ cooler kit into the backpack bag to be carried around with your breast pump.

Bubbly Joy 2-in-1 Cooler Backpack has 2 layers, the top insulated layer allows you to place up to 10 5oz storage bottles with ice packs. The bottom layer is used to place your breast pump (Spectra 7 breast pump, Spectra 3 breast pump, Unimom Forte breast pump, Unimom Allegro breast pump, Ameda Lactaline breast pump, Ardo Medical Calypso Gentle Breast Pump, Medela Mini E plus breast pump, etc) and accessories such as your breast shield sets.

There is a separator at the bottom layer to fix the breast pump from moving around if the breast pump is too small such as spectra 3. For larger breast pump, you just need to put down the separator.
