Customer who had placed order, please check the order details from My Account, make payment after you had confirmed it is there. If it is not there, means the last step of confirm order is not completed.
Once we received your payment notification and proof through E-Mail, we will start packing, and pass to courier company for delivery. In case courier pick up services are over on the day, we will pass your order out to courier company next working day. We will inform you if your order item is out of stock.

Please transfer the money as soon as possible after you had confirmed your
order, as all orders without any payment will be cancelled automatically after
one week. Besides, some items your order might be not available after 1-2 days.
Once you had performed online bank transferred, please save the page of
the notification of successful transaction and send it back to us (email@example.com)
using the e-mail account that you had registered with us. For those who use
ATM transfer or bank transfer, please e-mail the following information to us:

- Transaction Date & Time
- Amount Transferred
We will start processing your order and once the payment reaches us, we will pack and send out the products on
next delivery session.
You can always monitor the status of your order by
selecting MY ACCOUNT, the whole process shall not take more than 5 working days
after the verification unless the product is out of stock and we need to refurnish our product. We will
contact you if there is delay on delivery, and
other options can be provided.
2. Collect From Showroom: Credit Card OR Cash
You are welcomed to perform self pick-up at our showroom. At our showroom, we accept cash or credit card as payment mode.
There is no extra charge for using Credit Card as payment at showroom, but mininum purchasing amount of RM100 is required; else we accept cash only.
3. Master Or Visa Credit Card (iPay88 - Online Only)
You may purchase items using your credit card in our web store. The payment gateway we use is iPay88
from mobile88 sdn. bhd. We do not store your credit card information at our site. A 3% payment gateway service
charge is imposed if you chose to use this payment matter.
You are allowed to choose the following courier services while you check out your purchase items

- Pos Laju (Highly recommend for customer who address in Felda, Kampung, Ladang or far away from town)

a suitable courier company to deliver your parcel. However, please be informed that we might change the
courier company that you selected if we think their service performance in your area is not up to mark.
We will carry out our delivery process everyday from Monday to Saturday using Courier services.
You shall receive your product at your door way within 2 days once you check
the status of your purchase had changed to DELIVER. As all our products are
delivered through courier company, please provide the CORRECT address where someone will
be at home to receive the products and VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect
your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.
Customers from other countries who are interested in purchasing our products
are welcome send a message through CONTACT US for international postage rate. We
will make effort in providing the service as soon as possible to the country you
All products are not manufactured by us, therefore, we do not offer product
warranty. Each manufacturer is providing different range of warranty, you are
welcomed to e-mail us for more information.
If you find the items that you purchased is not working properly, please
contact us for supervision. We will try our best to provide proper
information that helps you in installing and using the products. Besides, we
will inform you the ways to send the products back for repair if any defect
on the product as long as it is still under warranty.
We are minimizing the trouble of sending the product back for warranty by
selling and distributing good quality products, but it will be your own
responsibility to install and use the product properly to ensure the product can
reach the maximum performance. Therefore, please refer to the guidelines or manuals comes
with the products before usage. If you find any problem in using the products,
you are welcomed to contact us for guidance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are regret to inform you that Returns and Exchanges will not be applied
unless for damages, broken or defect while your order items reach at your
door way. We had adopted services from reliable postage company to ensure the
product reaches you without any defect. However, if you find any defect on our product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
within 2 days of the receipt of your product, we will try to rectify your
problem and provide the best solution. If we advice you to send the damage
product back to us, please do so within 7 days of receipt. Once the damage had
been confirmed, we will either replace the damage parts or if possible deliver a
completely new product at our expense.
Besides, please be informed that we are not responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return and/or exchange.
