Tips for use

• Wash & dry hands before use
• Leave some air at the top of the bag to allow for expansion on freezing
• Store enough milk for one feed in each bag
• Immediately on filling, close the seal tightly, then record the time and date
• Store bags in order of filling
• Only open when ready to use the milk
• Do not refreeze after defrosting
• Do not defrost milk in the microwave or using hot water as this can destroy nutrients in the milk
• Discard any remaining milk after use
