TERMS TO ACCESS OUR SERVICES
Introduction
This Enjoybreastfeed.com's user agreement describes the terms and conditions that govern your use of our services at Enjoybreastfeed.com web site. To continue using our service, you must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy before becoming member of Enjoybreastfeed.com.

We have the right to amend this Agreement at any time in our discretion by stating modified terms on our Site together with the date modified.

1. Membership Eligibility
Our services are available to anyone who provides accurate personal information with correct e-mail address, except suspended Enjoybreastfeed members. Besides, your account is not allowed to be transferred or sold to another party.

2. Fees and Services
It is free to register as a member of Enjoybreastfeed.com. However, when you use our service to advertise an baby item or a package of baby items you will be charged a flat rate of RM20. Besides, if you make any purchase on our items, you will be charged according to the prices stated together with the delivery fees calculated by our system. There is no charges on the purchase of used items from our web site, only the contact of seller's or buyer's information will be provided, so that transaction can be carried out between both of them. We may change the fees for our services from time to time. Our changes to the policy are effective after we provide you with at least fourteen (14) days' notice of the changes by posting the changes on the announcements board. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and our Site.

3. Trading
Enjoybreastfeed.com provides safe platform in selling and performing safe transactions through secure and reliable online payment provider. We sell all new breastfeeding and nursing products by providing credit card transaction service which allows our products reach buyers from everywhere in the world. Besides, we do provide space to allow seller to advertise their used breastfeeding and nursing products with a charge of RM20 for each upload. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items or content posted by users our web site. We are also not liable to the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items, therefore, we do not guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Besides, we are only responsible on the claims and damage of items sold directly from Enjoybreastfeed.com. But, we are not liable to any used items purchased directly from seller who advertise their items on our web site. You shall always check on the status of transaction from your account on our web site, however, our communications do not represent any endorsement, guarantee or legitimisation of your sales transactions. You are responsible for completing all transactions you participate in.

4. Advertising and Selling
You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on our Site. You must list and describe your item and terms of sale on the advertising page of our web site. You are allowed to provide text descriptions, and an image of your products which has the size not more than 20KB. You are not allowed to modify any content of your items uploaded once your had uploaded it.

There is no refund on any items purchased from our web site. If there is any fault or damage on our products, we will provide the address of the suppliers, you can either sent the products there personally to get it repaired immediately or post it there for service.

5. Your Information
Your information includes the descriptions of items you list for sale, any content you post within our Site as well as your personal information. You are solely responsible for your information, and we will not easily disseminate of your personal information as stated in our privacy notice.

You have to ensure your information is not false or inaccurate, violate any law and regulation of any country. Your image uploaded should not contain pornography, any viruses, trojan horses, worms or any other programs that may damage, modify, delete, interfere, intercept, access without authority on any system, data or personal information

6. Privacy
Enjoybreastfeed.com has privacy policy which is stated on privacy notice. It is incorporated into this agreement and applies to all registered members. Before the completion of your registration, you must read and accept our privacy policy in order to use the service of our web site.
